To celebrate the 50th anniversary of that epic achievement in human history, the National Corvette Museum,
in conjunction with NASA and the Marshall Space Flight Center, have put together an exhibit that will
inspire and remind everyone us that no goal is too far out of reach.
The exhibit is called From Gas Station to Space Station: How NASA Conquered Low-Earth Orbit.
In addition to the artifacts from NASA, this exhibit will feature Corvettes owned by Astronauts Alan Bean and
Alan Shepard and artifacts on loan from Western Kentucky University and from Kentucky native and
Astronaut Terry Wilcutt. So, If you get the chance get up To Bowling Green to see this
